Simply provide us with the planned dates, numbers of delegates attending, times of arrivals and departures plus any accommodation options and we will provide a detailed program and an obligation free quote.


Break out Rooms

Break out rooms adjoin all of the conference rooms. Please let our conference organisers know upon booking your function if you require any break out areas.


Lily's Room

Lily’s room is as versatile as your occasion demands, be it a conference, trade show or a cocktail party. This room is the largest of our function and conference facilities, seating up to 200 delegates.
Lily’s room offers 180m² of column-free space, which can be sub-divided into two smaller areas if required.
Lily’s room has been designed to the highest standard, with natural light, flexible lighting and an exceptional large open fire place, to keep you warm and cosy in the winter months.


Annie's Room

Annie’s room is exquisite in its design. With soft 1930-type ceilings leading to raw brick and stone work set above the raised open fireplace, this room is 55m² and will make your small conference a cosy one to remember.
Annie’s room can seat up to 50 delegates theatre style and 20 delegates in a U-shape configuration.
Annie’s room has natural lighting, a break out room and toilet facilities.
